Favorites

Palatte: An adventurous eater and foodie, I will try just about anything that can accommodate my gluten-free diet. I hold much respect for the hands that grow and prepare food for others, and I’m especially keen towards meals that are nourishing or artfully plated, and taken with dining experiences that hold a tradition, a story, or a memory. I take pleasure in indulging in cuisines from all over the world, especially when shared in the company of someone special.

Art: Dates that involve an outing to the theater, a dance performance, a concert, or a gallery are some of my favorites. I will likely be just as excited about an evening to the opera, the ballet, or the symphony, as a I would be for the experimental performance artists and talented buskers we might discover during our post-dinner stroll through a city park. I’m a bit of a cinephile, with a particular love for East Asian cinema, and films that explore existential themes, have striking composition, and strong or complicated women protagonists.
